Based on an Italian comic series?

Sounds good but its by a developer whose games are rated awful to mediocre. The publisher, Black Beans also publishes really cheap and shitty games.

...not to mention that this is a platform-wide release. As much as I love the DS, it usually gets the shaft in these cases.

sounds refreshing compared to last 3-4 weeks releases, but I guess this could be crap aswell.
Anybody had a chance to try it yet?

Yup. Based on Diabolik (obviously). A comic really popular in '60s and '70s, and somewhat in the '80s too.

They tried to revitalize the series in the '90s doing an animated series, but if I remember correctly, it didn't fare too well.

I hope this will sell, mainly because it's a good comic. Too bad it probably won't.

The only time I have ever seen anything related to this series was the final episode of Mystery Science Theater. Their final film to watch was the Diabolik movie from the 70's. Never knew it was based on a comic until today. [IMG]

Is this game any good? If no one will test it, I'll try it tomorrow myself and leave some comments. If everyone says it sucks by then... I won't bother testing it.

Why not be the first to test it? You'll be like a pioneer.

Seems pretty good, but the theme doesn't look too appealing for me... Still, seems much more promising than all the other ds titles that have been released these past weeks.

How do you get out of the very first room? I have the rusty piece of wire. There's only 5 things to click on and I tried them all, with and without the wire. What?

I'll admit I do tend to such at these games, but damn....WHAT!? What am I missing?

Besides being annoyed that I can't out out of the very first freakin' room, every time you try to use an object in the inventory and it fails (you click on something that it didn't work with), its icon disappears and you have to re-select it to try it on the next thing. How irritating! [IMG]

Gave up caring or trying to care after being told to find an alternative at least 10 times within 30 seconds.

The graphics are horrible, the animation is almost non-existent, the story is "We shove you in a room and you figure things out without us telling or giving you anything," and the controls are inconsistent even being all point and click at the beginning.

You cut the wire in two with the piece of the bed then use them on the door. Terrible game. Very hard to tell what you are supposed to do.

Oh I remember reading about this game. Was a interview with the games publisher while back. Sounded really good. Was supposed to be with FMV and Tarantino style pulp feel.
Looking at the screenshot's it does not look promising but still worth a try I reckon.

Hmm... I hope this game is decent, the DS has such a huge game library but so many of the games are almost the same quality as a mobile phone game.

Did anyone figure out the Move part of the tutorial? I can't get what I can do to get the second part (flashes) right.
