I found out why Vinny didn't have a tool kit.

They cut out the repair system. All items no longer have durability ratings.

They also appear to have cut out the bleeding system. Your health bars just decrease.

Not bad things to cut, IMO.

the healing or lack of is pretty bummer too... but hella addicting! play on!
