I don't know, I just uploaded what I saw on another release list.
And other games that had new versions also got a new number. I guess it's because it's considered 'different' and 'somewhat important'

Yes, yes it does. Mixing the fixed ROMs with the unfixed ROMs will just lead to all sorts of disaster. It's not like there's a shortage of numbers, giving this release a seperate number is hardly going to hurt anyone.

Do not bother with this

They removed the Shadow Freeze technique which I thought was neat. Just get the original version
