Controls are literally Cooking Mama. The game looks, plays, and controls exactly the same, except it's all sushi recipes (with a few tempura ones added in for flavor).

Instead of Mama smiling at you, you have a wise Sushi master teach you the ropes.

If you enjoyed Cooking Mama (especially the few sushi recipes already in that series), you would love this since it's the same thing.
