It also has the esrb rating which means it's from the us.

Uh. Canada is usually given the same release as NA, hence the inclusion of French. And there's a huge amount of Hispanics in the US, hence the inclusion of Spanish. I don't see too far-fetched to include said languages in a North-American release.
