Finally got this one out, but they'll probably never release the Start Smoking Coach outside of Japan. It's just like Professor Layton 2 and 3, this sucks.

It's actually one of the more effective methods. They can never acknowledge what they are and break the cycle if they just ignore the problem.

Although I don't believe this game will be much use at preventing you from smoking.

If it's anything like Allen Carr's other programmes you're not supposed to even try to give up smoking until you've completed the book/course/game, so having a smoke break while playing would be a-ok.
