Am I mistaken, or did they use the bamboo picture that comes as a windows vista background. And is bamboo even in a rainforest

One is a bunch of flash games you can play for free on the internet painted blue and sold for money, and the other is a bunch of flash games you can play for free on the internet painted green and sold for money.

I downloaded the blue one, does the green one have the same compilation of flash games or a different one?

Different. These actually seem to be a bit more creative, or maybe I just haven't seen the online versions of these games yet. There are seven games in this one vs. six in the other.

Ocean Edition was so disappointing. I played through each game once and got about 25 challenges done.

Not a challenging puzzle game, and not really calming either; I had a flow of blood into a certain part of my body while playing this which isn't everyone's definition of "calm".

This would totally run on cell phones, and half the games can be implemented to use buttons instead of touchscreen.
