IE- The one that doesn't need a patch to get past Chapter 3.

Does the other one work fine on the other carts? Or should I get this repack even though I have M3 Real?

***EDIT: never mind, I read a few pages in the other thread. It's happening to all carts**

why is this a separate release #?

All the sites I looked at simply replaced the old one with the new one.

the original release is nuked because it was broken, so all later releases moved down 1 number.
and now that a proper release is made it is given a new number.

Well, as long as you can still apply the undub fix via replacing this one's "sound" folder with the "sound" folder from the Japanese version.

Finally a good story-driven game which is NO DAMN RPG. Thank you mighty NDS God, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

GBAtemp is the only place I see right now that is calling this #2708, everywhere else is stating the repack as #2704... Stop confusing Rominator [IMG]

Undub "fix"? This is one of the first DS games I've seen with decent voice acting in the US version. It's not all crappy and terrible voice acting like Disgaea (which was an otherwise good game).

Save should carry over, I don't see any reason for it not to.

However, if you haven't experienced any problems at all and you're past the point in the game that this ROM crashed for people, then don't worry about it. Stick with what you have.

The english voices don't bother me too much in this game... I just wish the names weren't so lame. I guess they don't want to use Japanese names on an english release, but come on... we're all anime veterans.

I'm happy to see this. I was recently unsuccessful in finding a retail copy of this game.

    Damn collectors.
