bit hard if you don't know japanese.
i think it's a sort of RTS game.
through button smashing i managed to get from some risk-like world map into a fight.
i had to select "combat types" for 3 chars(later turned out to be groups of chars) like fighter or mage.
then i had to draw movement paths for the 3 groups, while 3 enemy groups where marching towards me.
you can cast skills by 1st tapping your own group, then tapping a highlighted skill(3, usually 1 or 0 are highlighted)
you then press the blue text, and double-tap an enemy target.

it also has some kind of shop, but i couldn't understand a bit of it.

For those Hardcores RPG masters of the old days: Think DRAGON FORCE 1 & 2 of the Sega Saturn, but with a stylus interface...

REQUESTING ENGLISH PATCH FOR THIS GEM!!!

When I see a nice cover like this I think to myself "great a real traditional turn based RPG for me to look forward to". But they almost always turn out to be some lame (to me) RTS or action RPG thing these days. Oh well.

Actually this is pretty fun.. I would agree it feels like Dragon Force... mixed with a bit of strategy on moves like in Warsong. I'd love to see this one translated also and brought to English.. .like many others.

    Oh, fun game!

I'd be all over translating this if I wasn't so busy.

If no one translates this in about 6 months, I'll have some free time and I'll do it then.
