Note: Full name = Hisshou Pachinko Pachi-Slot Kouryaku Series DS Vol. 2: CR Shinseiki Evangelion - Shito, Futatabi
does slot machine games need sequels?
For a split second I though I'd read the word "Pikachu" and thought that they may have released a half decent pokemon fighter game on DS with maybe, just maybe, WiFi.
*sigh* I should've known...
A luck game u cant control, worse then deal or no deal
I like fruit machines and contemplated buying an awesome looking Jet Set Radio pachi-slot off ebay for a while. Tried some of the other pachinko sims on the DS and had no idea what I was aiming to get on the reels or how to progress through the feature.
I thought slots like pachi in Japan were all skill-based in terms of stopping the reels?
EDIT: I might be thinking of something else, is this the one with the little metal balls or just the reels with a big video screen around it?
EDIT 2: I'm thinking of pachislo where it's skill-stop on the reels dunno about these ones.
naw its just a pokie machine
At one point when I was at karaoke with friends in Tokyo, they were impressed that I knew a lot of the lyrics to "Zankoku na tenshi no teze." (The theme to Evangelion) I told them it was because every single Pachinko parlor in Tokyo played it constantly (this was when the movie was out in Japan last year), and I heard it every time I walked past one.
They thought I was joking.
I knew I remembered the logo-ish japanese text from somewhere... Can't believe that series hasn't died yet.
actually they are reviving it
Died? There are 3 new movies (in movie theathers!) coming out this year and the next...
And they can't stop milking their cash cow
Evangelion is a big theme at pachinko saloons in Japan... Never got into that game myself, but i know there are people crazily addicted to it. Lining up in front of the saloons before they open etc. Especally when new machines arrive. Weird phenomenon.
holy shit, the rom size is 2048Mbit
not quite - there is a little skill involved, to intially get the ball bearing into one of the holes requires skill, and many people can get the balls into holes with each shot, therefore increasing their chances to trigger the next stage which is the random generator within the system.
first time i played, i wasted 100 bucks and didnt get one ball into the holes.....
most people earn quite a bit their first game
I didn't my first time, but my second came out with 400
All i get is a "Caution"-Sign with some Moonspeak, and it seems i can't do anything
is it possible this doesn't work on R4?
Edit: my fault, had an old firmware running
This game ftl
The box art is giving me seizures.
... It's size is 2048-Mbit! o.O
