Poker is a rly nice game, but I think that game isn't that nice...
AI-Opponents at card games are almost crap, so, without wifi such a game cant be such good...

The 2007 version of this for PSP wasn't bad! I played it some hours and it even made fun so I guess you could give this here a try if you like poker.

The best poker game for the DS so far is the one on Clubhouse games, and that doesn't have tournaments etc.

The opponents have no styles or character, it looks like a poor copy of an online poker site and runs very slowly.

Nothing like the PSP version which is actually very good for a handheld game.

Take it from an avid poker fan

World Champion Poker Deluxe Series on the DS is much better then Clubhouse games selection of Poker type games. In clubhouse games the Texas Hold Em is just a 10 round battle where you are dealed 10 hands, and the one with the most points at the end wins, any Texas Hold Em fan knows 10 hands isnt enough to have a proper game.

With that said obviously Clubhouse games is better as an overall package but if your just buying it for the poker games, W CPS would be the way to go, and is much better then this garbage

I agree with you completely. The hold'em rules in Clubhouse games are strange. But both this ROM and the one you've mentioned are terrible. Even with their extra options, career etc, they're garbage.
