  ÂSo the game has an in-game menu that allows English/French/Spanish 
  Âbut it appears to be fully localized for German/Italian/Dutch aswell. 
  ÂSetting your DS firmware to any of these pops up the 
  ÂEnglish/French/Spanish selector so no go that way.

  ÂThe French locale has a different title (Cerebral Challenge) of which
  Âthere appears to be a French-only release coming out sometime in 
  ÂFebruary.

the gameloft version on the mobile was pretty decent but i'd have to see this version to know if it was any good

does it mean the languages are inside the rom but not selectable ?

They sometimes disable the language selection menu or entirely remove alternate languages from say, games that came out in Europe before US. Very common practice.

One of the slim few GBA games that Nintendo left its language menu intact here was Mario Tennis Power Tour.
