KanKen in the title makes me guess it's related to the Kanji test. So type should be edutainment... Some could argue that making a ds game about this is a bit puzzling tough...

I love the first two games of this series.
Will check this one out as well.
The previous game was released a couple months ago, hence, there's "only" 47000 new words/characters/problems for this title.

It's definitely not a puzzle game. Kanji training would be a better description. It's a decent for learning kanji by the way.
