How does this work? Korean isn't a selectable system language for DS (at least not here). And I doubt the other versions of this game contain fonts needed to display names of players from Korea correctly on wi-fi either.

I'm guessing names are restricted to what they were before, and this is just a menu/story text change.

I don't think they are allowed to play angainst other players from different countries. But I could be wrong.

Yeah isn't it with Wi-Fi that you are restricted to the region of the game's origins?

This isn't the case with Pokemon AFAIK. I've connected to Japanese players, or at the very least have seen some of the creatures/trades they had to offer that were in Japanese.

Korean game stores assault your eyes with colors (usually red or blue), flashing signs, banners and strange box-art covers.

Japanese have more nekkid/sexy/anime lady boxarts than anything else.

UK boxarts are usually very minimalistic, usually white with the main character on the front, or a couple of footballers then the logo on soccer games.

USA boxarts are usually really bad, with either every character in the game crammed onto the front of of the case, or trying to make it look XTREME!!!11!! and making the game look like an old Sega Megadrive game "GUIDE SONIC THROUGH THE STAGES WITH THE POWER OF BLAST PROCESSING!!!!" style.
