Heheheh, best game ever...
Not related in any way to Maya the Bee...
Wow that's an awful title. Were the title generators asleep when they named this?
It's just a lame attempt to cash in on the totally unrelated Bee Movie.
I recommend avoiding this one, I heard the main character is a little prick.
Even worse, first I've heard of it and the synopsis sounds dire!
Shaun that was terrible and true at the same time (I've never liked Seinfeld)
Isn't there a "Bee Movie" game already!?
Really weird a game like this coming out at the same time
I don't understand...I thought Maya the Bee was popular in Germany only. There you can even get Maya the Bee Icecream! But I didn't think people in the US even knew of her existence.
I'm pretty sure they don't, it looks like a bit of a cash-in as the timing is a little too.... right.
Pszczó?ka Maja was very popular in Poland too
hooray for cash ins?
no relations to the bee movie. idk what to say about this. lol
Why DS has to suffer with this kind of game? ._.
Actually, this game deserves some justice. It's a tie-in of Maya The Bee indeed, which is famous in various countries. It seems it's a follow-up/remake of the two GBA games starring Maya, developed by Shin'en, who made Garfield's Nightmare for the DS (you can recognize the style); those two games were standard yet colorful and pretty platformers. Apparently they dropped the Maya mention from the title since the cartoon is not famous in the USA. All this said, I have to agree that the timing of release and the attempt to cash in from The Bee Movie are quite shameful.

Interesting history... But is it a good game?
Is this game like SimAnt? Except with Bees?
Dunno why, but I was ridiculously addicted to SimAnt for the SNES back then.
xenon said it was a platformer...
Good as in good to play for free until boredom prevails and if you have fond memories of Maya: yes. Good as in New Super Mario Bros good: no. It just doesn't deserve to be bashed as "the worst game eva"! It's just weird that Shin'en are nowhere to be mentioned in the credits, but - upon further investigation - I can confirm the game has the Maya The Bee license and it's clearly in the vein of the two GBA games I mentioned earlier.
