First look at the font I thought it was an Indiana Jones game. Which, if anything like the old LucasArts games, would be badass

It probably is but that's a bad comparison since it would be much shorter if written in kana/kanji.

Simple platform game, the type we've seen since the first 16-bit console/computer. You play this boy, you walk left right, jump a few platforms and make sure the police don't catch you.

I would've played more levels but I couldn't be bothered.

Theres a lot worse out there though than this.

Thought this was just the German release for Looney Toons until I noticed the number of posts.

    What a random release!

Hmm, around one third shorter in writing. But is it any shorter in pronounciation? [IMG]

    ?? ????????? ??????????? ????????????DS

Also be mindful that it takes longer to write each kanji than it takes to write one of our roman/latin letters.

On Topic: Germany has some exclusive releases alright. Wasn't there also some horse game before? I guess I'll never find out if this game's good or not...

I remember a really good adventure with a somewhat similar title somewhat 15 years ago... this isn't related to that old PC game, by any chance?

Does it say "Das Spiel zum Film" (The game based on the movie, or literally "The Game for the Movie") there on the box?

    ...There's a movie about "WinnieToons"? o.o

Turns out there's not only a movie, but a whole series (no english link available, sorry). I must've missed that memo...

Thing is it is a run of the mill platformer, though its better than most DS releases its nothing special.
