@Cheapassdave - I hears you. Sudoku Mania and Sudoku Gridmaster both suck to the limits of the suck universe compared to the ol' polygon-faced disembodied-headed Doctor who doesn't understand the colour blue.

I will report back on the suck status of this shortly.

Edit - 'salright. The input methods seem ok, so it rises instantly into the top two of slightly pointless sudoko DS games I've played. 6.5/10 from me. Publishers - don't let that put you off producing more sudoku games though. Oh, you were planning on producing more anyway? More and more and more? Oh, sorry I mentioned it.

If you don't need it to be handheld, I'm sure there are a lot of free or open source Sudoku games on PC.

I wish they would stop it! ROM purity is the key...look at the crap that happened with GBA roms when groups added trainers and intros! then everything had to be redumped again!

At this point, I think that GBAtemp/Dualscene and ADVANsCEne should discuss whether or not to accept scene releases from SQUiRE until they stop what they are doing....its wasting peoples time.

There's several communities I've seen that have become quite agitated with SQUiRE, most notably Pocketheaven and No-Intro.

At least, when they put out Cookies & Cream, it turned out to be a pure dump. That was kinda surprising.


Keep an eye on things. I'm sure somebody will soon release a 'proper' and get this POS nuked, along with Vegas Casino.

Do you really think communities like Pocketheaven and No-Intro are important for people who are trying to keep up some old traditions?

Furthermore, you can only PROPER non-working releases, appeareantly, these work just fine, with Vegas Casino even including a revert patch for you whiney kids.

Have you even bothered to read the thread or the NFO (in regards to Casino)? There's a number of pieces of hardware it's apparently not working on. And quite a few sites are ignoring the bat/IPS. Nobody wants to deal with that bullcrap.

It's one thing if a clean dump doesn't work on hardware. It's another if tampered dumps don't.
