It's an oldschool puzzle platformer. At least the original was.

Funny how the box art tries to make it look like Splinter Cell...

Samples ftw [IMG] I remember playing it on my Amiga, never had it for C-64 [IMG] I should fire it up again.

Hopefully this stays true to the original [IMG]

oooohh I`m a happy man ! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] Finally it`s here. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
I was waiting ages for this. This was one of the first games I`ve ever played on my good old breadbox. [IMG] [IMG]
When I first heard the speech , I was totaly fuckin stunned. And that game ws from 1984 ! [IMG]
in 1988 IMPOSSIBLE MISSION 2 came out, and it blew me away. [IMG] The wonderful graphics. First class sound. Excellent level design. And I completed the game. Remember Elvin Atombender jumping from his skysraper and smashing on the floor ? Man that was one of those moments, you never forget.
Than in 1993 came IMPOSSIBLE MISSION 2025. This was the first IM, where you could chosse from 3 different chatakters. The levels were big and scroll in all directions. wicked game.

And now after long 19 !!! years,a new IMPOSSIBLE MISSION is here. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] And I will buy this game with no doubt. But I have to wait another month till its out here in Germany. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
Anyway. I will grab the WINE release, and will buy the original a month later. Maybe i will buy the PS2 version, to play it on my TV.

Please buy this game. A game worth playing, is a game worth buying. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

OOOOOHH HAPPY DAY ! [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Yeah remember playing this on C64!

Never did finish it, i think there was a bug in it that stopped you from beating the game.

Hope it's fixed in this one!

LOL I you could finish it but I remember alot of the C64 games had specific bugs that made the game seem unbeatable

I loved the spectrum and C64 versions of this. Even though I found the game too hard. Lets hope more C64 and Amiga games are rereleased. If this is too hard I'll just wait for the cheats to be released on the R4.

Ahhhh I've always loved how the original glitched Impossible Mission really was impossible to beat... of all the games it could happen to [IMG]

Hmmm glitch or clever marketing ploy? [IMG]
