DS Motion Pak + A Hacked Version of this game
Amen to that. I'm in the process of rebuilding my wooden Labyrinth game from when I was a kid. Painstaking. The whole reason I got a DS Motion card was in the hopes someone would make the game for it.
There is a DS Motion enabled homebrew game in a similar genre called Sensitive DS if you haven't checked it out yet.

BTW my first gaming experience was with a labyrinth game for some Atari console.
You play as a red or blue square, kudos and cookies to person that tell me the name of that game :'(
I say, make a DS (touch screen) version of Kurukuru Kururin.... I would be soooo happy!!

You should try the Left and Right only mode. It might be easier for you

I recently bought a wooden labryinth for $5 at a clearance store and I'll hang on to that one. How this game got a publisher is beyond me. Pretty bad game.
The Japanese game is called Mawashite Koron, but i have no idea of the number.
Quite a fun game from memory, i had it on my M3S for ages until i needed the space.
