I have this for PC and it's addictive as hell.

I'm not sure about the DS version yet since I've only seen pics and they didn't look as good as the PC.

It's a fun click-fest type game. Worth a few rounds of play. Don't expect a deep, plot-filled story or anything, just have fun.

I look at it as Root Beer Tapper on steroids. You rush around seating customers, take their order, clean up after their kids, serve the food, collect the money, clean the table, rinse, repeat. As you play through the levels other things also come into the mix to make it even more hectic.

Graphics are merely functional, but that's all they really need to be.

It's an OK game for what it is....I kinda like it as a diversion.

As somebody who worked as a waiter for a few years, I can't believe how people can find this type of game fun. To me, it's work. [IMG]

It was the same with Cake Mania. All the rushing around, constant motion, cleaning up, seating, feeding, rinse, repeat... the thought process is the exact same as it was when I was waiting tables. The motions that I was going through were different, obviously, but it was still stressful and it still brought back several Vietnam-type flashbacks.

My GF loves both this & Cakemania, but because of the small
screen on the DS the seating of customers gets annoying.
