I preferred the previous name "Dead 'n' Furious" but the cover is a lot better. Gonna check this out to see if there is any significant changes from DnF as I quite enjoyed it despite its flaws.

Well it starts the same, but with a Eidos logo, has the same bad loading times and graphically its identical. So when sites say it was in development after DnF was dumped they were lying. Still I enjoyed this game, I know a lot of people say its crap but I think its a pretty good attempt at a on-rails HOTD style shooter on the DS and the reason the graphics aren't all that is because the later levels you get tons of zombies in one scene so they had to be like that to reduce slowdown but to be honest I don't have a problem at all with them like others do, could be worse!

    Heres the Europeon Box art

Not released in UK for some reason.

While the artwork of the US version looks better, I still think the Dead'N'Furious name was MUCH better.

Totally, the US title kinda verges on necrophilia! The zombie on the cover reminds me of the one in Return of the Living Dead.

So Dead'N'Furious wasn't a beta version at all?

Well it was published by Virgin Play in Spain and various other euro countries apparently. Only played the first 2 levels on US version though and it does seem the same.

Dead n Furious I played quite a bit. Here's hoping that they polished it up a tad. I doubt it though but here's to hoping.

I herd the reason for the change in name was because of the success of Nintendo’s
Touch generation games. They thought it would be beneficial to change the name
to Touch the Dead. Although I thought the game was just OK I give them credit for
trying something new & innovative for the DS, instead of just dumping out another
    hideous RPG.

    Ok first 1-1 I got
    Headshots 73/40
    Arms 25/10
    Legs 0/3
    Belly 0/0
    Killed Enemies: 90
    Accuracy: 77%.

It seems the same but if it did change I'd say they made it a tad easier it seems like I don't lose as many hearts. Or I could just be smoking crack and it's exactly the same.

Obvious tip of the day: Don't shoot those dudes who throw their heads at you. They're dead right away so don't waste bullets on them. Just be sure to monitor them and have bullets ready to shoot the thrown heads that come your way.

ok I made it to the ladder with the rats falling down. I do believe it's a tad easier.

edit: 2 ok I was smoking crack I just played Dead and Furious and it's the same thing....crap. Maybe I was playing it better cuz I was using a comfort stylus grip perhaps compared to the first time just using the regular stylus.
