What's up with the title? Is "touch" a naughty word in the UK, like "bender"?

Might be a copyright thing. I certainly can't think of any meaning for "touch" other than the standard one.

i know i could see a connotation of 'Touch' with an image of a small French child.
    Anyone else?

*waits for images of the infamous Pedobear and friends* [IMG]
