This takes me back to my C64 and spectrum days. Just wondering though how you play track and field as it was a button basher in the arcade and a joystick wiggler on the computer.

Probotector = Contra in Europe and instead of humans, it has robots

But basically they're the same exact game..

Gradius is also a NES game and it was one of the best shoot em up games on NES. Can't wait for an English release of this..

I actually remember when these games were NEW in an arcade. Pumped lots of quarters into Scramble, Time Pilot, Track & Field and Contra back in the day.

These are the arcade versions of the games... ie contra looks very different than the nes version

You're right the NES version has levels broken up instead of being long and there's also some noticeable differences. Contra in Japan was originally called Gryzor.

Also some of the games have differences to their NES versions as that was what happened back in the 80's early 90's.

I hope its the English version of the Japanese games that's on this release, I think some stuff gets lost when Japanese arcade games come over to the west.
