Been waiting for this
Is this any good? How is this defferent than the other 10 brain games?
This one sucks, not worth playing.
The dude has a tie on. A TIE. He HAS to be smart.
Plus his brain is a freaking rainbow! Who wouldn't want that?
Plus his dog is blushing. Let's see your dog blush. I didn't think so.
I didn't even think about that. Maybe if I wear a tie I would do better at the game.....wait a sec....didn't that blob dude in Big Brain wear a tie AND glasses??
Yup, 1 tie + 1 glasses beats 1 tie hands down... Not sure about the value of rainbow brain, I think that might beat most hands
So....does one actually LOSE IQ points for playing a game such as this?
I believe your I.Q. only changes with age, but I might be wrong.
IQ is supposably a measure of potential rather than knowledge. I think IQ tests are BS for the reason that some people have learnt more or better than other people, which will influence the test.
If you shave your dogs cheeks and then tell him that you know he has a thing for the cat across the road he'll blush.
Any actual talk about the game itself? What's it like and what's wrong with it?
Mind Quiz was gooood on the PSP
How is it now?! Any good?
Just try it for yourself.
I think it sucks. The games/training sessions are bad, either too easy (simply touch dogs running around the screen) or too hard (sliding puzzle, drawing forms). The voice recognition is terrible (it can't even recognize the difference between "banana" and "apple").
On the other hand, it's quite well made. Nice looks, spoken instructions. It's much better than those stupid "Brain Boost: Alpha/Gamma Wave" games, but worse than Nintendo's original brain training games. And it comes too late, nobody needs another brain trainer. It's almost like those Nintendogs rip-offs...
Yeah this is fairly crappy compared to brain age/big brain.
The two main tests are both variations on tap the numbers/letters game that was in brain age. It gets old fast.
The minigames are of dubious quality and need to be unlocked which is lame (big brain academy gets huge props for allowing you to play all games at all difficulties straight off the bat). At the start you get the sliding puzzle game, 2 whack-a-mole variants, a game with terrible bad voice detection, and a blow the dog game.
