Yeah , me !
And you are right , it uses *badadadadada * TXT !
That should make it very Easy for us to translate it !
It's so great
DS air does also use TXT but with compression or something like that

I have enough webspace , traffic should also no problem cuz the rom is not bigger than 5mb zipped

Newsticker and such are also translated, i think USA release won't really take long !
