i just see some guys asking for cooperation in a country. then i see some froggies wich arent able to do a single pre. then we continue with ppl like SirVG wich mostly release late serial dupes.

And now some fucking fools called Pandora. Doing a single release with a public dump tool. Real elite guys...

Just to make it clear - RISING SUN - SUPREMACY - LEGACY isnt dead... we just watching thoose fools and maybe sooner or later we come back. In the meantime we do our job and produce more own code.

So just a big FUCK U to all thoose so called groups. Und nebenbei könnt Ihr mich alle am Arsch lecken.

If someone other than one of these "established" groups wants to dump and release a ROM that hasn't already been released, why shouldn't they?

Any ROM, no matter who dumps it, is just another ROM - even if it's just a region dupe or different version, some people are interested in that sort of thing... and if you're not one of those people, you can just ignore it.
