You're right. It's much too short. I bought it because of the same reason.

Worked perfect as far as I could tell on M3! =)

It doesn't work in normal mode patch for M3 but fast boot works..

I use normal boot because I don't want to kill my CF card that fast since it's constantly reading from it, so as much as possible, fast boot is only reserved for 512mbit games..

Same. I just finished it too. It's pretty damn cool, a bit short but really well set out. I was playing it on my EZ-Flash 3. Saves fine and works perfectly.
