Nintendo sold it through his Star catalog for 6000 Stars here in germany for some days. But I can't believe, that it already arrived by someone in germany. So maybe they sold it too in other European countries earlier.

I think, the bigger size (512mbit instead of 256) is because there is some spoken tutorial stuff in the game.
and now, with more than one language, there have to be more space for the speaking in german, english, italian and so on

the game was send to some good nintendo customers here in germany for paying 6000 star points.
so, no larceny @ nintendo of europe
