wow thats alot of people with alot of thoughts and facts and things
in the movie rocky he was eating the raw eggs for the protein and the fat content because for 1 the yolk is the most nutrition in the entire egg
if you just eat the white you're actually not getting half of the benefits from the egg because it also has amino acids and triglycerides that your body would later make into a more complex form of protein
when you cook meats and things the protein is changed from complex to simple because of the heat and charring which would actually make the outside have less proteins and the inside have "more" of it
meats and things are supposed to be best raw (this is based on an older study that i did back in HS) where it helps the body heal faster as well as more efficiently but because of disease and bacteria that it needs to be heated up over a fire so that the outer bacteria can be killed off some and then ingested for maximum efficiency of the foods
but none of thats really important i guess since i seem to be rambling on lol
eggs raw = good for bulking up as well as giving your body more mass which if you're working out turns into muscle mass, if you're not it turns into fat which is the energy you should have used turned into an "energy storage"
