I donated the DBZ BT3 Wii USA texture pack to the Dolphin forums community many months ago some admin called Pikachu something? cant remember their exact name.
they were supposed to make it available for people to continue the project as a team! and improve on it further. alas.. they didn't uphold their end of the bargain. and im very angry about it. youl have to ask the Dolphin forums admins for it.

hello there, thankyou for your gratitude im glad it made people happy. im really sorry about this, unfortunately the last place i gave all my HD texture packs too was the dolphin forums admins, i had a arrangements with one of the admins to share it with the whole community and allow them to team up and improve on the pack i also provided the dumps. but despite the arrangements made, i have no control over what the admins actually choose to do, and for some strange reason they decided not to do it at all. i have no idea why? so yeah apologies i no longer have them either, if you really want a decent texture pack for dbz bt3 wii i recommend maybe convincing this dude to figure out how to get the textures from Bandai games with his texture extractor. https://github.com/Venomalia/DolphinTextureExtraction-tool/wiki/Known-results this unique individual is a genius! can pretty much get all textures from dolphin games extracted for upscaling. also you maybe want to learn yourself how to use 'chaiNNEr' look it up on youtube or look for its discord group they're teaching people how to upscale textures for games. my time to shine is over lol, now its up to everyone else to make something even better and work as a team! i wish you luck!

If not, how exactly did you upscale the textures, as in what program/method? Got a pretty beefy gaming PC.
no don't go bugging admins their too busy, ok you asked for it! so here's everything you need.
the first step is to get 4k downloader to convert tutorials to a video format you can watch with vlc media player
go find YouTube tutorial's in relevance to what you want, paste their link into 4k downloader and download them to desktop. i would recommend Photoshop illustrator, After effects etc. spend time & study as long as you need to.
learn as much as you can. do plenty of research if you get stuck! ask people more experienced on discord as long as its a topic they enjoy, then 90% of the time they will answer positively.
get a discord account set up download it and create your own server then find and invite people as determined as yourself.
organise a texture making group, then go find people that want to contribute it doesn't matter if they can do art or not!
dont single people out! the more the merrier. encourage others to learn!
seriously you never know if theirs a toby-fox hiding in the mix.. so don't underestimate anyone! give them all a chance!
instead build up their confidence and teach them what you've learnt. why? because 1 can become 100 that's why!more hand make light work.

then seek them out!
enhance everything discord, go to data set releases

creating a texture pack is like climbing a mountain! its hard at first but DONT EVER GIVE UP!
just persevere and keep pushing your limits!, eventually the mountain is nothing! or better yet become the mountain!
you need to start with something simple first and practice, practice, practice! maybe n64 or GameCube game.
you start off with keeping a word document on standby and keep a check list of everything you've done in a game. all activities interaction in the games ui etc, so you don't forget and keep track. play through a game dump all the textures afterwards categorise them in folders, DONT CHANGE THIER FILENAMES. they must remain the same to reload back into the game after their upscaled. so just rename folders not files .png .dds etc.
afterwards use chaiNNEr and upscale the textures. its very much trial and error the process of elimination some .python scripts work better than others, so experiment and hang out in enhance everything discord ask them for help if you get stuck. as long as they see your trying your best they will assist you.
its time to stop admiring others work. your moment to shine is now!
why admire someone else's work when you can create your own work and YOU can be the one admired?
i cant wait to see what you all come up with! so hold steadfast REMEMBER you can do it!, just believe in yourself!
now those of you that think, you cant do it! or your not good enough not talented etc, relying on someone else to make your dreams a reality, waiting an ice-age for a texture pack for your favourite games. i just wish for someone to become inspired and surpass the DBZBT3 Wii HD project! and make something even better! lol thats how i first started myself, i admired many artists and upscalers for along time! then oneday i decided i will learn it myself. i found an awesome teacher called Matteoki and he taught me everything then i found a modding community for dbz and did allot of research. with hard work eventually i succeeded! i finally made something to make people happy. that's all i wanted for all of you to inspire you to achieve what you want.
i stopped working on the project because unfortunately, the textures only dump in monochrome so its impossible to remaster the DBZBT3 Wii games textures, only DBZ 2 Wii can be remastered. because it dumps in colour.
if you really like DBZ Tenkaichi games though, i highly recommend someone consider making a deal with the modding community for DBZBT4 and make a HD upscale for that one! That would be awesome! i think the PS2 version would run better too!

if you all want to share the DBZ3BT HD pack you should probably consider a Googledrive account or something. i think its fairly cheap for the first few months a membership is $3 USD a month or something and gives you 100gbyte free. that's probably the best way to share it.
I know someone who is converting the textures to hd for pcsx2 character by character, having your version could speed up the project considerably, he is even using shaders to improve the shading and colors. Look at this:

"sigh" it was exhausting dealing with all of them. & if that attitude continued well.. it ruins it for the emulation community, this discourages me all together. so their is allot people out their far more talented, who work very hard on their HD packs. so im not needed anyways. yeah.. so im very selective whom i will assist from now on! no offence, because it takes allot of energy and time to do this. im sure the team behind DBZBT4 is planning for a HD upscale for everyone anyways. this is a good idea because in doing so these textures can be used for multiple languages. when i did mine it was limited and i had many ideas, but people wouldn't listen to me. & again their were arguments, and i got burnt out very quickly, because no offence everyone i need all that energy to work and not argue with people, and i dont have time to argue and talk anymore anyways lol. i wanted the DBZBT3 to be in Russian and Chinese language as well, & was even prepared to pay to get it done. i want many people to enjoy it all with cannon DBZ characters and environment mods + characters. maybe the dead zone from garlic junior saga? anyways my needs from the past aside. from what ive seen on YouTube and checked out their discord the DBZBT4 community also seem very selective & that's understandable, im sure they have the reasons. so i suggest we wait on them to figure it out.
