I was wondering ... do you knnow if a translation (even partial) of this game exists ?
What about DLC, did someone release them ?

I don't believe so. I have the game myself. I used to play the arcade game years ago (still got my cards).

Anyway, I don't think there's any English version, which is unfortunate because the story mode is probably not too easy to play if you can't read Japanese.
