ROM Hack Dragon Quest IX EUR: How to ripp the Anime Scenes?

Ive found (with dslazy) a folder calles Movies (i wonder if there the Anime scenes in it) anyways these files are called xxxxx.mods. So how can i convert that files into MP4 or WMV or AVI?

Or arent these file the anime scenes?

Well, I don't remember seeing any videos in game using CGs or the game's graphics. So they might include those scenes, yeah. Otherwise, I've unpacked some ROMs, but never seen that kind of file. SO sorry, I really can't help out for that.

ren *.mod *.mpg
* => file name
