Dragon Ball FighterZ, announced for the Switch at this year's E3, has received a launch date: September 28 for North America and Europe. Publisher Bandai Namco also revealed two pre order bonuses in the form of an early unlock for SSGSS Goku and Vegeta, as well as a Super Famicom eShop download code for Dragon Ball Z: Super Butoden, which originally launched in 1993.

Yea, I think what Nintendo has suggested is that publishers are still free to push their own emulated ROMs, there just won't be a unified service like Virtual Console any longer. There are already quite a few old Neo Geo games on eShop.
I think emulators will be used in Switch more than in any other consoles

Who would want that terrible game? They did the same thing with the 3DS release of Drgaonball Z extreme butoden, and you got the Second SNES game which was leagues better for having better controls and overall gameplay (even if the game was left untranslated) Least you could have got the third game or Hyper Dimension. Or something more interesting like Dragonball Budokai.

I loved all 3 of them tbh.
Hyper Dimension is way better than all of them though!

Terrible? oh no no no..
This is the BEST DBZ game on SNES. The split screen battle and ki blast fight are revolutionary.

Those features are present (and better) in the other two games that came after the first game.
Also I highly doubt anyone's with you calling this the best DBZ game on SNES lol.
I however spent hours with it and love it. Prefer the second game and Hyper Dimension though.
