Where is the jar where I suppose to find? There is no jar at the location mentioned by Rodrigo of Mostroferrato. Is this another bug?

West of Stockenbarrel, there is a small building. You go in and there is a cool looking circle. At the circle, there is a part of it around 7 O'clock (location not time) and you can walk on it. Go down.
