Downloads Section: Can't edit my file

I'm trying to update/edit one of my files, but I keep getting the error "File cannot be removed."
And it did remove my old files, but won't let me upload the new ones. I still gives that same error when I try to submit.
So now the download page has no preview pic or file to download.

I had the exact same problem and had to create a new entry from scratch and have a mod remove the old one. Not sure if there's another way to fix it.

I started to do that, but I don't want to loose the comments, download count, etc.

I need to update my other skin too.

Edit: Another bug: after editing my description, URL and IMG tags have had some weird stuff added to them that break them.

Eg.CODEhttp://gbatemp.net/\'http://www.samutz.com/dumpster/other/r4_preview.gif\'

Edit 2: Then when I go to edit it again, I see HTML instead of BB Code.
