edit: i choose B to skip the update, app list appear, but very buggy...

This may have been addressed, but i dont want to read through 22 pages.

whenever i open the latest build of dmii im welcomed with version 0.0.0.0 asking to upgrade to 1.0.5.whateve. if i hit update it hangs and returns to homebrew menu. if i skip update it will open the app list. however, if i download anything it hangs and i get kicked from cubicninja with an error message then my 3ds reboots. what gives?

Yeah I was having trouble for a while, too. Maybe it's best to revert to an older stable release, then start from there again? Otherwise write a en error logger that can track where the crash is happening so we can send the info to you.

got past update screen ok.

tried to download the file manager to test it. got a screen that said
"downloading... this page will be implemented in 1.1/1.2"

then kicked fron ninjhax with system error
"an error has occurred.
forcing the system to close.

the system will now restart.
(unsaved data may be lost)"

then it rebooted.

It does apparently have something todo with null ptrs

Hello, my team and I run the website http://3dsthemes.com. This site specializes in letting users submit, share, rate and download custom themes for their 3DS consoles. I recently found out about DownloadMii, and it sounds like a really great opportunity for both us and you. We were wondering if you would consider letting users download themes from our site Directly from DownloadMii. These themes would be checked manually so they don’t break copyright rules and don’t contain pornographic images. We would be willing to create a secure and efficient API for only DownloadMii to use if you allow this. All in all, this seems like a great idea, both for the end user, DownloadMii and 3DSThemes.

I tried to update downloadmii and when it updated, it took me back to the homebrew launcher and it said I didn't have any brews on the SD Card, I went to check the SD Card, and everything is there, I go back to downloadmii and its still asking me to update. Help?

The error message related to no homebrews inside the sdcard is an Homebrew Launcher issue, not a Downloadmii one. It has already been fixed, but you're probably still running the old bugged version of Homebrew Launcher. About Updating downloadmii not working, it's a known bug... filfat is working on it

I Will most likely than not have to re-do the zlib code. Seems to be a fscanf problem.

Not exactly... after updating and auto exiting DownloadMii, downloadmii isn't inside the sdcard anymore!

EDIT: I can see it from my PC, but Homebrew Launcher doesn't see it.
