I'm considering getting a seven day free trial of one of the Amazon Prime Video channels. So ideally I could run a capturing app, play the videos on my computer and have the app download the videos to my computer (so I have access to them beyond the free trial).

Are there any stream capturing apps that work with Amazon? Thanks.

I'm really into documentaries and a lot of the Amazon channels feature documentaries not available on torrent trackers. So I'd appreciate any program recommendations provided.

you probably dont even need a screen capture program. I captured netflix contend with a hd capture card. HDMI out from the laptop to the capture card and it works 1080p video...
It would be faster to download your movies from a direct connect hub. one the russians run. they got over 2 petabytes of movies shared...
