Gaming Downloading Demos w/out XBL

So i heard rumors a while back about people w/out net access being able to d-load game demos, burn em to DVD and install em w/out need of a mod chip. Was this just a rumor i was reading or is it possible?

Also - If possible - Could i get a basic idea of where to d-load the demos? (Namely Mirror's Edge)?

It's possible. Can download them and burn to disc. Can't say where to get them as most places that will have them , also have full games. So just look in the same sort of places.

Aight thanks. Yea i thought about checking those sites... i just don't have net access at home, and a lot of those are bad places to go at work

You won't be able to get the CoD5 demo anyways since they've closed the beta servers so you won't be able to connect at all.

YOTu burn demos to a 4.7 DVD-r to play them.
