Hacking Downloading CIA's seems to take longer on N3DS

I downgraded my N3DS to 9.2 today and set up rxTools on it, however the CIA installation seems to be fairly slow compared to what it is on my 2DS.

My N3DS uses a Verbatim 64GB Class 10 Micro SD card.
My 2DS uses a Verbatim 64GB Class 10 SD card.

Using BBM to install CIA's

Has anyone else noticed this? Or is this issue due to the fact that its a micro SD and not a regular sized SD?

n3ds doesn't recognize class 10 speeds, not to mention its probably the way you formated your mSD card. last but not least, ALL CIA'S WILL TAKE TIME TO INSTALL. Start the install put the console down, smoke some crack and check on it every 15 minutes.
