Hacking Feedback Gaming Downloading cheats (via AIO or other ways) turns all of them on from the start

Which is problematic

For Example with Toad Treasure Tracker ALL of them are on and one couldn't get past the intro, because the menu locks up. It doesn't seem to matter wether I d/l it through AIO (cheatslips or GBATemp), Edizon/Breeze or Cheat Updater.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but for the life of me, I can't seem to find what. Any ideas?

Edit atmosphere/config/system_settings.ini (if it's missing, you can copy there the template), uncomment (remove the semicolon) and change
; dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x1
to
dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0

also, you can hold L while launching to disable cheats/mods
