If you delete your Eshop account, are you still able to play the all the games you downloaded form the Eshop like the ambassador games, virtual console game, 3ds games like pushmo, and dsiwares, etc.

Yeah, you can, as long as they're downloaded and on the system... The main problem will be that you won't be able to re-download them from your account, since you can always download a game as many times as you want after deleting it, as long as it's connected to your account.
Alright thanks. I just needed to know that just incase I had to sell my 3ds with all my downloaded games on it one day.
