Is the actual theme the same as that screenshot? Because from that screenshot, the text is rather hard to see.

Yes, but when u see the text on your monitor it's easier to see

The picture is not low res and not stretch either it was actually to big I had to modified & Rescale it with Gimp.

Images with romsites in them get deleted, too. So technically speaking, yes, you are breaking a rule.

It's pretty obvious it's a romsite. It doesn't have to show the webpage. Screenshots with romsites in them have been removed before. Why would they be removed if they weren't against the rules?
