Hacking Downgrade Questions from South Korea

I have a MGS4 40gb bundle phat PS3 whose model number is CECHH05. I did some research and the firmware is above 3.55 so I can't directly jailbreak it. So looks like I can either used an ODE or E3 Flasher?

Does anyone know of any services near Seoul in South Korea? I just need to apply the flash once right? I wouldn't need to buy any hardware? Thanks.

not sure about one flash, but it can be downgraded with E3 flasher, no solder required, easy install, dont go ODE
