Hacking Downgrade from 11 to 10 with AL9H and Luma3DS

Hi again peeps

My sons o3DS is happily running v11 with AL9H and Luma3DS. He wants to do some pokemon hacking and has said he needs to downgrade to v10.something to do it.

What is the appropriate approach to downgrade to v10.something without losing AL9H and Luma3DS.

He doesn't need to downgrade to lower versions to run homebrew...

Btw, none of this you need to downgrade

What pokemon hacks require v10.X? Let me know what he is trying to do, I'm sure we can find a way to do the same on an updated console. Should be no need to downgrade.

Adding custom Pokemon to Pokemon Omega Ruby. So if he wanted to give himself a pokemon with any moves, stats or abilities, he could do so. That's what he's asked for
