Homebrew downgrade 3ds 9.7.0-25E to 9.2.0-20E help

Hi GPATemp people!

I'm wondering if it's possible to downgrade my 3ds firmware from 9.7.0-25E to 9.2.0-20E. I've been looking around and only found outdated ways from last year. I just got a dstwo plus and I wan't to be able to use it. I don't have the ninja game and don't wan't to buy anything. It's super confusing and I can't find a guide thats up to date and I'm asking you guys if you have any good guide for me to use.

What do you mean "outdated"? There's about ten or so guides from last month. They're about the first thing you see when going to the Tutorials and FAQs section in the 3DS section! And yes, you can downgrade.
