You could use one of the sysupdaters and downgrade, but why would you want to? Everything that was broken on 11.1 for CFW users has been fixed.

If you can find an 11.0 native firm dump (firmware.bin) and use the latest BootNTR which works with the new Home Menu, then it works. But yes it isn't natively supported on 11.1 as of right now.
Thats what I meant by somewhat broken
Is there a new homebrew payload?
For hbl, yeah. Not sure about everything else though.

I think what you mean is EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read-only memory).
  • Shape @ Shape:
    Yes that's what I meant

I wanted to say EEPROM but I was pretty sure my cart only used EEPROM to manage savefiles. It's a knockoff lol
  • M4x1mumReZ @ M4x1mumReZ:
EPROM on the other hand is different, as it uses strong UV radiation to erase the chip.

    Also it uses EMF :rofl2:

@K3N1 I think that's how flash carts worked late in the DS lifecycle.

Technically the cloud is downloadable memory

Unfortunately the process of getting games into an EFA is very low level which is why it causes these incompatibilities. I was even thinking about getting a GBA super mini card. I just heard that it gives problems with some roms

A SuperCard Mini SD you mean?

    This uses flash memory

Honestly I prefer newer emulation devices to gba+flash carts. If you're not using a screen modded gba with a retail GBA cart then it plays kind of trash.

    Try disabling them.

Do you have the gba super mini car ds? Did you have a problem with any roms?
  • M4x1mumReZ @ M4x1mumReZ:
    @Shape, I sometimes
prefer emulation as my go-to alternative to playing games as opposed to the hardware.
