Probably a frankenfirmware or soft brick. Did you try booting without the sd card in, did you follow plailect's guide/troubleshooting, etc.? We're going to need more details if you want help.

The n2ds is bricked and console it does not work it turns on but screan is black

The fireware is 9.9.0-26E whith sd inserted.
When I turn the console the screens is it so black and the led is found

Reinsert the sd card, and then run the downgrader one more time

this should help you install Luma3DS+a9lh.

please don't use rxTools, it's outdated.

also, re-run PlaiSysUpdater to finish downgrading.
