Gaming Doubt about resident evil 2 on nintendo wii/nintendont

How can I get resident evil 2 graphics on nintendo wii like the graphics in these videos:
Look at 6:15 of the first video, how to make it so dark and bright at the same time? Is this inherent in the gamecube?

I don't see a video, but I recommend using 240p Test Suite if you're on a CRT to adjust your TV's display settings properly.
