Changelog:

• Hopefully fixed Core Dump issue when running IOS36 (r3351) w/Fakesign Installer.
• Hopefully fixed Core Dump issue when running cIOS249 r17
• Fixed SysCheck csv output.
• Fixed problem where when network couldn't initialize it would go into an infinite loop.

In short, this should fix the freezing and crashing problems some people were having and also output the system check report properly.

thanks to the softmod guide in tj_cool's sig (gbatemp crew created), i am hopefully gonna patch/hack it tomo... i guess i am gonna use this over the one mentioned in the guide
