If you don't know what it is, then don't do it. You probably don't need it, you'd know otherwise.

Of course. There's nothing bad about it. I'm not sure what's the benefit of updating the IOSes, but it certainly can't harm. Dop-IOS only downloads and installs sane IOS versions, it won't download stubbed versions.

I don't think the new dop-ios allows you to install stubs
    but better be careful anyway!

thanks for the help here, I updated all of my IOS's with Apply Sig Hash Check patch in IOS.. included as well, but it didn't solve my Wad Manager problem at all, here's the problem,

Press LEFT/RIGHT to change IOS version.

    Press A button to continue.
    Press HOME button to restart.

it won't let me change the IOS version and any button I press, the same message appears again and again, please help me fix the problem

Get a new copy of Wad Manager. It may be corrupt. I've never seen someone have that issue before.

    6. save the .txt as wm_config.txt and place that in the sd:/wad? folder
    7. get a know working wad file and place it in the wad folder
    8. pop the SD in the wii load it thru HBC
    9. install the wad

once youve done those stepps or have tried, post you results
